I have always believed that I can better myself, which has been fortunate as I have various health conditions that have got in the way of everyday living. This includes PTSD resulting from medical, physical and emotional trauma. My first time under the light, put me in such a relaxed space which I didn’t think was possible. After a series of light sessions I have found the light has helped me with being able to recognize and break patterns of thinking that have been unconstructive. It has helped majorly by relaxing me mentally, giving me a chance to reconstruct a new image of myself. I recommend this highly as it has helped me achieve a state of being I didn’t think was possible.

Having regular light sessions with Jacki has had such a positive impact on me. It took some time to get used to the lights, but I learnt to just let go and be receptive. After each session I feel a sense of inner calm and peace. I have found that this sense of calm and peace stays with me. I’ve especially noticed how calm I am in situations that used to provoke anxious feelings. I feel more grounded and level. It has also helped me get into a meditative state much quicker when I meditate at home. It has been such a blessing in my life! Thank you Jacki!

Thankyou Jacki for my beautiful session with the Lucia Light. I felt so relaxed and calm and like I was in a deep meditation. Afterwards I felt clear and had the courage to deal with an issue in my life, I had been putting off for a long time. I felt after my light session something had shifted in me and it gave me the courage to take positive action. Plus I experienced vivid dreams afterwards. I highly recommend having a light session, and am already getting my friends onto it. Jacki has a very beautiful calming effect, and makes sure you feel safe and comfortable.
